It has become clear to all of us involved in MMPA that - mostly due to government efforts to attempt to "clean up", "reign in" or otherwise "reform" our industry - the involvement of ALL of us in the mortgage industry is more important than ever before. No one group can be an island unto themselves any longer. If our industry is to survive then ALL of us in it - brokers, loan officers, appraisers, title companies - all of us, need to work together.

Our goal is creating an interactive association bringing together everyone involved in the mortgage business:

Focused on increasing communication to members on the latest happenings in the business throughout Michigan;
Focused on sorting through all of the latest regulations, laws and educational requirements and getting our members the information and services they need;
Focused on marshalling the resources of our greater numbers and interests to engage even more effectively in legislative advocacy.
